New Credit Identity - New Credit File - Credit Profile Numbers - Credit Privacy Numbers - CPN's
Your probably wondering what goes on at www.NewCreditIdentity.com? I can assure you its not what your thinking...
What is a New Credit Identity? What is a New Credit File? What is a Credit Profile Number? What is a Credit Privacy Number? What is a Credit Protection Number? What is a CPN? Can you get one to build a new credit file?
Before, I even answer those questions, lets cut to the chase, lets peel away layers of the onion, lets get to the root of it all and most importantly LETS TELL THE TRUTH: They are FAKE and/or ILLEGAL - take your pick! Do the Math: FAKE + ILLEGAL = CPN's.
It is a crime to have more than one financial history profile and only disclose one of those profiles to financial institutions you intend to obtain credit or a loan from.
I dont want to hear that they are used by wealthy businessmen, athletes, celebrities, etc...The fact of the matter is, what they are using is a (TIN) Tax Identification Number from the IRS (which the IRS is Government Entity that issues them - KEY POINT). So if you don't want to be doing any financial transactions with your social security number then you should apply for a TIN from the IRS. Banks, Creditors and Lenders are typically in the right when it comes to the law and financial transactions. Why would they want to make a decision based on deception?
COMMON SENSE SAYS, if you are a bank lending someone money and that individual has a bad habit of not paying his/her creditors, why on earth would you want to lend your money to this person? Now what if that individual "covered up" his/her credit profile and paid someone to make it look clean, fresh, new and you did lend your money out, now you can't get it back. This ultimately ends up as a loss and more than likely you would have to sell this bad accounts receivable debt to a collection agency for pennies on the dollar, and people wonder why the financial markets are in shambles.
There are alot of companies and individuals selling New Credit Identities, New Credit Files, Credit Profile Numbers, Credit Privacy Numbers, CPN's which offer a "fresh start" or "clean slate" for those with bad credit...its running rampant. We recommend you take the necessary steps to do a little investigative work and learn about whatever it is being offered. All it takes is a quick Google search to unravel the CPN scams.
Now we know there is alot of talk about the "Privacy Act of 1974"...well if you actually READ what it says, you will see no mention of a CPN...none whatsoever! Here is what is says in a nut shell...
The Privacy Act states in part:
No agency shall disclose any record which is contained in a system
of records by any means of communication to any person, or to another
agency, except pursuant to a written request by, or with the prior
written consent of, the individual to whom the record pertains...
Dont allow a seller of CPN's to "SPIN" the "Privacy Act of 1974" into telling you that because of that CPN's are allowed and legal.
It all comes down to one thing: If they were legal, legitimate, what have you...WHY doesn't the Government issue them? WHY doesn't the Social Security Administration issue them? Why doesn't any licensed, regulated financial institution issue them?
The only Government Entity that issues anything like a CPN is the IRS and they issue TIN's.
Anyone who has any intelligence and knows how social security numbers are issued and knows how the credit bureaus work with the credit card companies that issue credit cards can create a CPN...its not rocket science.
Lets talk more about the facts...people typically don't like facts as facts are truths and as we all know at times the truth hurts.
READ below...its FACT...and I will follow it up with DIRECT EVIDENCE that is FACT...
What's Behind Ads for a New Credit Identity? It Could Be ID Theft Involving Children's Social Security Numbers...
If your credit is less than golden, you've probably seen pitches from companies promising a fresh start. Some claim you can get a "new credit identity" by applying for credit with a nine-digit number they sell you, rather than with your own Social Security number that you've used for years.
The Federal Trade Commission, the nation's consumer protection agency, says don't take the bait. The scheme often involves Social Security numbers stolen from children. Not only won't you get credit, but you could face fines or prison.
The Pitch: A "New Credit Identity"
How do these fraudsters operate? They advertise in the classifieds, on radio and TV, and on the Internet. If you pay them a fee, they promise to help you hide a bad credit history or a bankruptcy. And after you pay them, they send you a nine-digit number that looks like a Social Security number. They may call it a CPN — a credit profile number or a credit privacy number. They'll tell you to apply for credit using the CPN, rather than your own Social Security number. Some lie and tell you the scheme is legal.
Here's what they don't tell you:
In many cases, they're selling you someone else's Social Security number — often one stolen from a child. Using a stolen Social Security number to apply for a loan on another person's good credit record is identity theft. And by encouraging you to use the stolen number as your own, the con artists have involved you in their scam.
It's a crime to make a false statement on a credit or loan application. That includes misrepresenting your Social Security number. If you use the number they sell you, you could face criminal prosecution or civil fraud charges.
As a result, the fraudsters have pulled off a double whammy: They've created identity theft headaches for the families of children whose numbers they stole; and by selling you a stolen number to use on credit or loan applications, they've put you smack in the middle of a federal crime.
Now your probably wanting to know what the DIRECT EVIDENCE is of these BOLD CLAIMS - well here it is:
The DIRECT EVIDENCE was taken directly from the FTC website. What is the FTC? Its the Federal Trade Commission a Government Entity...so let me give them their credit as that is their rhetoric on New Credit Identities, Credit Profile Numbers and CPN's.
NOTE: Other marketing tactics include calling these Secondary Credit Files, Secondary Credit Numbers, Secondary Privacy Numbers and SCN's.
